Who is The LIGHT? 

"I am the light..."Jesus
John8:12 Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Why The LIGHT?

Matt4:16 the people dwelling in darkness have seen a great LIGHT, and for those dwelling in the region and shadow of death, on them a LIGHT has dawned.” I once dwelt in darkness. I have seen the great LIGHT of Jesus. There are many still dwelling in  the shadow and darkness of sin and death. Yet, the LIGHT of Jesus has come. The LIGHT Ministries comes in the grace of God reflecting the great LIGHT of Jesus in the darkness of sin and death.

I believe in the God of the Bible!

I believe the Bible is the LIGHT of God in the darkness of this world and human existence!

1. LIGHT is the absolute sovereignty of the God of the Bible. Isa45:5-25, 46:9-10
2. LIGHT is the authority of the Bible as the total inerrant, infallible Word of God. The Bible is God-breathed. Thus inspired and true to all of life where it shines. Num23:19; Tit1:1-2; 2Tim3:16; 2Pet1:19-21. 
   
3. LIGHT is the Trinity of the Godhead. One God eternally existing as three equal Persons as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matt28:19; 2Cor13:14 
4. I believe in the Deity and virgin birth of Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God. Isa7:14; Matt1:18-25; Lk1:26-48; John1:1-2, 14  
5. I believe that man is created in the image of God and after His likeness. The first man Adam began life innocent, totally dependent, and obedient to God. Gen1:26-27; 2:7 
   
6. I believe every individual human is created by God in His image and after His likeness as male or female. Gen1:26-27; 5:2; 9:6; Jer1:5
7. I believe that God personally and sovereignly created gender equality and there remains to this very second only two genders for humanity… male and female. God gifts each one of His created male and female human beings with their own individual and unique personhood and He gives to each His choice of skin color. Isa46:9-10, Gen1:26-27, 5:1-2, 9:6; Ps139:13-16; Job10:11; Eph1:4, Rev17:8
8. I believe that God created and loves each and every individual male and female perfectly and unconditionally. Ex34:6; John3:16; IJohn4:8-10 
   
9. I believe the first man Adam disobeyed the command of God by eating from the forbidden tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Adam's disobedience resulted in the fall of humanity from a life of dependency, innocence, and obedience to God to a state of sin, rebellion, and guilty disobedience. The fall of Adam brought sin and death to all of humanity. All men from Adam are born with a sin nature. All of humanity is born totally depraved with a bias towards sin and thus are spiritually dead to God their Creator. Gen 2:16-7; 3:6-12; Psa51:5; Rom3:10, 11, 19, 23; 5:12, 14; Jam1:14-15 
10. I believe that man’s only hope for salvation is the Grace of God sovereignly and divinely offered in the redeeming substitutionary atonement of Jesus Christ. Tit2:11-14; Eph2:8, 9: Rom5:8 
11. I believe that salvation is eternal for whosoever wills to put his or her faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and are thereby forever born again by Holy Spirit. Rom3:21-25, 10:9-10; John5:24; 10:28-30; 1Cor12:13 
12. I believe the Bible teaches that Jesus Christ died for all of humanity. The sacrificial and substitutionary death of Jesus is available to all of humanity, but each soul must individually exercise faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ for salvation to be appropriated to him or her. John3:16; Rom10:9-10; 1John2:2 
13. I believe in the justification and the regeneration of the believing sinner who is being transformed from death to life as a saint and member of the body and universal church of the Living Lord Jesus Christ. Rom5:1, 9, 12:1-2; Tit3:5; 1Cor5:17, 12:13 
14. I believe in the imminent, personal, and bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ for His body the church. Acts 1:11; 1Thess 3:16; Rev 1:7 
15. I believe in the resurrection of all the unbelieving dead to their final assignment of eternal woe and death. John5:28, 29; Rev20:1-15
    
16. I believe in the resurrection of all believers who sleep in Christ to eternal life with Jesus as Lord and King. John5:28, 29; Rev20:1-15
